About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Fix24 website at www.fix24.uk and, where applicable, the Fix24 mobile application (together, the "Platform"). They are issued by Fix24 Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17113225).

By accessing or using the Platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

The Fix24 service

Fix24 is a home services marketplace. We provide technology that helps customers describe household problems, structure job requests, and connect with local service providers. Fix24 acts as a platform intermediary. We are not a party to contracts formed between customers and providers, and we do not employ or subcontract service providers.

The Platform is currently in pre-launch. Features and availability may change during this period.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent job requests or account information
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems
• Scrape, copy, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform without written permission
• Use the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm other users or providers
• Circumvent the platform for bookings or payments after an initial introduction through Fix24

Accounts

Where account registration is required, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@fix24.uk if you suspect unauthorised access.

Intellectual property

The Fix24 name, logo, and all Platform content — including text, design, software, and data — are owned by Fix24 Ltd or its licensors and protected by UK and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or use them without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.

Third-party services

The Platform may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of those services. Provider-customer contracts are formed directly between the parties and Fix24 is not liable for the quality, safety, or outcome of services delivered by providers.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fix24 Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the Platform shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Fix24 in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
