Our commitment

Fix24 Ltd is committed to making the Fix24 website and mobile application accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

Conformance status

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are actively working to identify and resolve accessibility issues as the platform develops. Known areas we are improving include keyboard navigation coverage and screen reader optimisation for interactive components.

Technical approach

We use semantic HTML5 elements, ARIA labels on interactive components, and sufficient colour contrast throughout the interface. The site is navigable by keyboard and designed to work with assistive technologies including screen readers.
