Fix24 Ltd ("Fix24", "we", "us", "our") is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17113225). We operate an AI-powered home services marketplace connecting customers with local tradespeople and service providers.

What data we collect

We may collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Location data: postcode or approximate location used for provider matching

Data sharing

We share personal data only where necessary. When you submit a job request, relevant details are shared with matched service providers. We also work with trusted third-party processors including cloud infrastructure providers, payment processors, and communications services. All processors are bound by data processing agreements consistent with UK GDPR requirements.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not transfer personal data outside the UK or European Economic Area except where adequate protections are in place.

Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this notice, and in line with applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements. Job records and associated evidence are retained for a minimum of seven years from the close of any dispute, as required by our compliance obligations. Account data is deleted upon account closure, subject to legal retention obligations.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Request erasure of your data in certain circumstances
  • Object to or restrict processing in certain circumstances
  • Data portability where processing is based on consent or contract
