We share personal data only where necessary. When you submit a job request, relevant details are shared with matched service providers. We also work with trusted third-party processors including cloud infrastructure providers, payment processors, and communications services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not transfer personal data outside the UK or European Economic Area except where adequate protections are in place.

Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this notice, and in line with applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements. Job records and associated evidence are retained for a minimum of seven years from the close of any dispute, as required by our compliance obligations. Account data is deleted upon account closure, subject to legal retention obligations.

• Request erasure of your data in certain circumstances
